When you (the dealer) determine that a payment transaction must be cancelled
(for example, the customer fails to pay or has paid and suddenly wants
to cancel), you must contact Asurion
directly by e-mail or phone, as per the information and instructions they
have given you.
Asurion alone determines whether
the payment transaction may be cancelled. Asurion should be able to make that
determination immediately, and Asurion
will contact Qpay regarding this
matter. Regardless of whether the payment transaction is cancelled, you
(the dealer) do not have to contact Qpay
in any way regarding this matter.
