The MetroGuard Main page appears, as follows:

Notice that the above screen recognizes the user who has logged in as well
as the respective branch ID (in this case it is “71000008”, corresponding
with user “kjohnson”) displayed in the upper right hand corner of the
screen.
Note: The branch must have permission to access the MetroGuard
service products in order to make service payments. This
may be set-up via the Qpay Control
System. The screen displayed above falls under the Transactions
tab. Additional tabs include Search/Cancel,
Report, Preferences,
and General Information (i).
If MetroGuard is not displayed
in the Provider field (left pane),
continue ahead by clicking on the drop-down button next to this field.

Select MetroGuard (as shown above).
This provider is inserted into the left pane Provider
field. The Qpay system also inserts
provider-related graphics and promotional information at the top of the
screen. If you prefer to select the provider by clicking on the Show All Providers button, however,
then the browser displays the following screen:

Click on the provider you wish to select. In this case, select the MetroGuard icon. If the page you are
viewing does not contain the MetroGuard
icon, then use the Previous and
Next links at the bottom of the
page until the icon is located.
The browser redisplays the MetroGuard
Main page as follows:

Notice how MetroGuard now appears
in the Provider field.
